SPE FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATIONS - With great pride and enthusiasm, we celebrated the "11th Foundation Day of the Society of Petroleum Engineers" in our department. The event was graced by the presence of distinguished chief guests, adding an extra layer of significance to the occasion. Their valuable insights and expertise shared during the event enriched the celebration and provided valuable perspectives to all attendees. As we looked back on the journey of the Society and its contributions to the petroleum engineering field, this Foundation Day reinforced our dedication to advancing the industry's standards and practices. SPE JNTUK QUIZ COMPETITION - With a distinct favour towards the development through innovation and to enhance the skills of the students , "SPE JNTUK Student Chapter" hosted a Quiz Competition for 2nd-year B.Tech students in Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering. The first round was held on September 4th, 2023, 122 students faced questions tailored to their respective domains, followed by general aptitude and SPE-related topics. The top 20 students advanced to the oral round held on September 11th, 2023, where they tackled questions spanning sports, itihasam, environment, general knowledge, and technical subjects. One group emerged victorious, earning recognition for their excellence. Our dedicated office bearers made this event a success, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing among our student community.
